- How do I place an order?
- Browse products, add items to your cart, then checkout with your delivery details. You can also message us on WhatsApp for help.
- Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
- Yes, where COD is available for your pin code it will be shown at checkout. Some orders may be prepaid only — we’ll make that clear before you pay.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We support the options shown at checkout (e.g. cards, UPI, wallets) plus COD when applicable.

- Where do you ship?
- We dispatch orders across India. Delivery time depends on your location and carrier.
- How can I track my order?
- After dispatch, tracking details (if available) are shared by email or WhatsApp. You can also check My orders when logged in.
Returns & products
- Can I return a product?

- Are products genuine?
- We source from trusted suppliers. If something looks wrong with your order, contact us right away with photos and your order ID.
