Returns & refunds

Last updated: April 9, 2026. We want you to be happy with Rainbow Store. If something isn’t right, contact us as soon as possible.

1. Defective or wrong item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, message us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, per our verification.

2. Change of mind

For hygiene, safety, and inventory reasons, many opened or used items may not be eligible for return. Unopened items in original packaging may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Final decision rests with Rainbow Store.

3. Non-returnable items

  • Items marked non-returnable at purchase (if any).
  • Products that cannot be resold for health/hygiene reasons once opened.
  • Free gifts or promotional items, unless defective.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the return (where a return is required). COD refunds may be issued via bank transfer or agreed method.

5. Cancellations

You may request cancellation before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible; you may still be eligible for return under this policy.
